修复设置页面的“消息渠道”菜单项未适配所有多语言； 优化MCP管理，支持所有Agent； 支持配置cline的skills； 推送窗口现在会判断是否有配置Git远程仓库，显示正确的提示信息； 修复：提交列表的提交项是否推送远程的判断基线分支之前固定是folder的分支，而不是过滤的分支； 调整：web/server模式下，设置页面不显示“Web 服务”菜单项； 修复acp返回空用量信息导致会话中断。
