集成消息通道，初步支持Telegram + Lark机器人、命令、事件管理； 修复：未支持docker运行环境的必要依赖； 修复部分窗口的权限设置； Agent在实时响应中因为错误而中断时发送系统通知； 优化node全局安装时的权限处理。
